LECET works to find new and growing markets in order to position the laborers and employers to best seize those opportunities. Our main goal is to assist our contractors in obtaining more project opportunities and contracts and to create jobs for our local union members.
Iowa LECET has taken on collecting the fringe benefits payments for our laborers from the employers with the goal to simplify the process for everyone involved. Once a month, the employers will electronically submit the report and receive a remittance report detailing the fringe benefits and where they’ll be applied.
